Fonds du Logement (Housing Fund) supports Brussels residents in aim of facilitating access to housing for all, in particular through the sale and rental of housing. They wanted to reduce the number of calls from tenants.
The solution
A physical and digital “Tenant’s Guide” containing essential information, accessible 24/7!
The guide consists of multiple supports such as an explanatory booklet about the responsibilities of the tenant and Fonds du Logement, a calendar with seasonal advice, informative leaflets, or even illustrated maintenance factsheets.
