Project overview
Humako is my graduation co-creative project for my master in social innovation design. The concept of Humako is a collaborative web platform which helps visual communication agencies to integrate user participation in their work.
Methodology
The design thinking process was put in place in order to identify the main problematics of user participation in communication agencies through observation and interviews. It turned out that participation requires a lot of preparation, is time consuming and has to be adapted to each project. However, it can be extremely useful if applied correctly and for the right goals (especially when working with social or user centered projects, such as UX/UI).
